Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 4–5 business days for production before shipping. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

  • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal issues, or high seasonal volumes.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once the updated address is confirmed.


📮 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast turnaround times. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at info@inkedlifecollective.com, and we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.
